Lunch swimming

The Schildkrötli-Swimmers have listened to you workhorses and put together a great programme for you! We now offer a weekly “lunch swim”, where you can get some exercise in the water over lunchtime.

Our lunch swimming courses start in February and take place in the swimming pools in Uster and Frauenfeld. These courses are specially tailored to your needs and offer the perfect opportunity to make active use of your lunch break.

What can you expect from the lunch swim?

A guided swimming training programme aimed at both beginners and advanced swimmers.

The chance to meet like-minded people from different companies and expand your professional network.
Booking flexibility: Our courses can be booked in blocks of 5 or 10.
