Adult swimming from the basics to perfection

These courses are suitable for all levels. Crawl swimming is a popular holistic endurance sport that promotes performance and resilience.

Regular swimming builds fitness and achieves a correct swimming style. The buoyancy in the water and the rhythmic breathing and movement turn the training into an intense physical experience.

 

We offer three different levels so that you can find exactly the right training for your level. All information regarding the content and requirements of the individual levels can be found further down this page.

Content of the different levels:

 

Crawl Level 1

  • Correct body position in the water
  • Coordination of arms and legs
  • The matching correct breathing

 

Crawl Level 2

  • In this level the technique is assessed and optimized step by step
  • Further swimming techniques are integrated into the training
  • Additionally the flip turn is taught

 

Crawl Level 3

  • Expansion and deepening of the skills from Level 2

The crawl courses levels 1, 2 and 3 take place as group lessons. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. We recommend purchasing course cancellation insurance, as missed or cancelled lessons cannot be refunded without insurance.
