Adult-Crawl – Group lessons for every level: Our crawl courses (levels 1, 2, and 3) are conducted in group lessons and cater to participants of all levels. From the first swimming movements to perfection. Please note that insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

 

Crawl Levels – Step by Step to Success:

 

  • Crawl Level 1 (Beginner):
    • Learning the correct water position
    • Introduction to leg and arm movements
    • Breathing techniques for relaxed swimming

     

  • • Crawl Level 2 (Advanced):
    • Analysis and optimization of the crawl technique
    • Introduction to additional swimming techniques
    • Teaching the flip turn for more dynamics

     

  • Crawl Level 3 (Pro):
    • Deepening techniques from level 2
    • Further development toward perfect swimming technique
