These courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced swimmers, as crawl (freestyle) swimming is a popular, holistic endurance sport that enhances performance and resilience.
Regular swimming builds stamina and helps develop a correct swimming technique. The buoyancy of the water, combined with rhythmic breathing and movement, makes training an intense physical experience.
In Crawl Level 1, the crawl technique is developed from the ground up. This course is ideal for beginners who want to learn and experience crawl swimming. We place great importance on creating an engaging and varied course where you will feel comfortable.

Adult Crawl – Group Lessons for Every Level: Our crawl courses (Levels 1, 2, and 3) are held as group lessons and cater to participants of all levels. From your first swim strokes to perfecting your technique. Please note that insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Crawl Levels – Step by Step to Success:
