Course Program for Adults

Adult swimming – whether beginner or advanced, we have the right training

In the beginner courses for adults, the main goal is to get to know the wonderful qualities of water in a “safe” (stress- and fear-free) environment and in a very small group.

We teach in three levels.

Level 1: for beginners & non-swimmers

Recommendation:

  • Suitable for non-swimmers and/or very anxious individuals when it comes to water.

  • For individuals with little or no experience with water who feel insecure.

Goals:

  • Getting used to water (submerging head, bubbling, tolerating splashes)

  • Reducing fear through playful exercises and building trust

  • Practicing inhaling and exhaling underwater

  • First gliding and floating exercises in the water

  • Introduction to leg kicking technique

  • Safe standing and movement in the water

Level 2: for water lovers with basic floating and movement skills

Recommendation:

  • For participants who already feel more confident in the water but do not yet master a swimming technique.

  • Individuals who can successfully perform initial gliding and floating exercises.

Goals:

  • Deepening floating position and breathing techniques

  • Learning breaststroke with support

  • Coordinating leg kicks and arm movements

  • Gliding independently on the water

  • Safe movement over short distances

  • First swimming strokes without aids

Level 3: for intermediates – technique refinement – swimming safety

Recommendation:

  • For individuals who can already swim short distances but want to improve their technique and endurance.

  • Participants who swim independently but still need to work on floating position, breathing, or technique.

Goals:

  • Improving breaststroke technique

  • Introduction to backstroke swimming
