Course Program for Adults

Adult swimming – whether beginner or advanced, we have the right training

In the beginner courses for adults, the main goal is to get to know the wonderful properties of water in a “protected” (stress- and fear-free) environment and in a very small group.

We teach in three levels.

Level 1: for beginners & non-swimmers

Recommendation:

  • Suitable for non-swimmers and/or very anxious individuals in dealing with water.
  • For people who have little or no experience with water and feel insecure.

Goals:

  • Getting used to water (putting the head under water, blowing bubbles, tolerating water splashes)
  • Reducing fear through playful exercises and building trust
  • Practicing inhaling and exhaling under water
  • First gliding and floating exercises in water
  • Introduction to leg kick technique
  • Stable stance and movement in the water

Level 2: for water enthusiasts with basic skills in floating and movement

Recommendation:

  • For participants who already feel more secure in the water but do not yet master any swimming technique.
  • Individuals who can already perform initial gliding and floating exercises successfully.

Goals:

  • Deepening floating position and breathing techniques
  • Learning breaststroke with support
  • Coordinating leg kicks and arm movements
  • Independent gliding on the water
  • Safe movement over short distances
  • First swim strokes without aids

Level 3: for intermediate – technique refinement – swim safety

Recommendation:

  • For people who can already swim short distances but want to improve their technique and endurance.
  • Participants who swim independently but still need to work on their floating position, breathing, or technique.

Goals:

  • Improvement of breaststroke technique
  • Introduction to backstroke
  • Coordinating rhythmic breathing and smooth movements
  • Increasing swimming safety and endurance
  • Introduction to freestyle basics (optional)
  • Introduction to swimming in deeper water
